Is there a trial period?

Yes, through the Daycare program. A full day at no cost, so your family member can get to know the residence and the community before making any decisions, subject to our admission policies.

How do I contact the team if I have questions or want to know how my family member is doing?

Via WhatsApp. We have a direct line to the person in charge of each shift. We provide regular updates and answer specific questions the same day.

Do you have a geriatrician?

We have a geriatrician visit to conduct pre-admission assessments and routine checkups. For ongoing medical care, we work with each resident’s primary care physician — because knowing their complete medical history matters more than seeing a new face.

Do you accept adults with Alzheimer’s or dementia?

Yes. We accept residents in the mild and moderate stages of dementia and Alzheimer’s. The initial assessment determines whether Casa OMA is the right place for each person.

How much does it cost to live at Casa OMA?

Costs are billed monthly based on the type of room (private or shared) and the level of care. This includes lodging, meals, 24-hour supervision, an activities program, and communication with family. Please provide us with your information for a quote tailored to your needs.
